This kimono features Maruni Chigai Takanoha Kamon emblem, which is two hawk feathers crossed over.
You can still find samurai armours under this kamon as well, the hawk was a symbol of bravery in old days and therefore was highly preferred by Samurai families as their emblems.
Contrasting and complying with that, the fabric is of high quality soft textured silk with excellent drape.
Plum blossom jacquard at hem adds to the feminine beauty.
