SHIPPING

Free Shipping Australia wide for orders over $65. 

Free shipping to France, New Zealand, US and Canada for orders over $150 and rest of the world for orders over $350. 

All orders will be shipped with standard service with tracking unless express is requested. 

Once your item has been posted you will receive an email from Australia post with your tracking information. An email address MUST be provided upon purchase.

Most items will be dispatched same business day as order placed, not include weekend and public holidays.

Please allow extra 24 business hours’ handling time during busy period.

Please note that an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or non-receipt on delivery date may result in your parcel being returned, abandoned or lost. Any return shipping fees, or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.  

Made by time is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable items. We do our best to accommodate special shipping needs so please let us know prior to checkout if you need this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent with standard delivery with tracking no. unless buyer request otherwise. Delivery time can take longer due to Covid restrictions and limitation of international flight. 

Please contact us before purchase if you concern about delivery timeframe. 

Please bear in mind that Made By Time is not responsible for custom fees. During any international customs process, custom fees may be charged to receiver upon receipt.

RETURNS

All vintage and preloved unicorn items have their stories. There may be some signs of wear, to state their uniqueness. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Please note due to individual device, light and other factors, colours of products may appear to be slightly vary.

Approximate measurements are provided within item descriptions. We cannot offer refunds or exchange for fit issues or buyer's remorse due to special characters of vintages and pre-owned items.
